The Subscriber directly provides the Company with most of the data we collect. This may include:

  • Personal Identification Data: First name, last name, email address, physical address, phone number, and Internet Protocol (IP) address.
  • Communication Data: Messages sent via phone, email, text, or social media.
  • Marketing Data: Names, physical addresses, and email addresses you provide for marketing purposes.
  • Transaction Data: Payment and billing information submitted for services, including credit/debit card details, billing address, and payment confirmations.
 

The Company may also collect Personal Data through the following sources:

  • Information submitted through website forms (e.g., contact forms, scheduling links)

Our website also uses an embedded Calendly scheduling widget to allows visitors to book meetings directly. When scheduling, users may provide personal details such as name, email address, phone number, and meeting preferences. Calendly may collect this information, use cookies, and track interactions in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

 

Age restriction: Our website and services are intended for individuals aged 13 and older. In California, users under 16 must have parental consent for marketing communications. (c) If the Company processes Personal Data with the Subscriber’s consent, the Subscriber may withdraw their consent at any time.
(d) We may also gather and use data in an aggregated or statistical form (“Aggregated Data”), such as statistical summaries of website usage or demographic trends. Aggregated Data may be derived from Personal Information, but it does not identify you personally. For example, we may combine usage data to determine what percentage of visitors access certain pages or features. If Aggregated Data is ever combined with Personal Information in a way that could identify you, it will be treated as Personal Information and handled according to this Privacy Policy.

(a) The Subscriber acknowledges that the Company may share the Subscriber’s Personal Data with its affiliates, subcontractors, regulatory entities, and third-party service providers to offer the Subscriber the Company’s Service(s) and/or send information or updates about the Service(s).
(b) The Company may share Personal Data with third-party service providers strictly to perform services on our behalf, such as analytics, email marketing, scheduling, and payment processing. These parties are contractually prohibited from using your information for other purposes.
(c) When the Company processes payments for its marketing services, it may collect and use the Subscriber’s payment and billing information. This information may be shared with payment processors or used to verify transactions and prevent fraud.
(d) The Company shares Personal Data in the following instances:

  • Sharing with service providers that support business operations (e.g., analytics platforms, email service providers)
  • Legal compliance or protection of company rights when required by law
  • Business transactions, such as mergers, acquisitions, or sale of company assets.

We aim to respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days. If we require more time (up to an additional 45 days), we will notify you of the reason and extension period in writing.
